We have two options available.
Option 1: Pre-Cut Kit
Each wall is laid log-by-log at the construction site according to the numbers
corresponding with a stack sheet. This option costs less but is more labor and
time intensive.
Option 2: Pre-Assembled Kit
Walls are pre-assembled at the manufacturer by experienced professionals.
This option costs approximately 1/2 times more but is much less labor and
time intensive at the construction site.
Our log kits are precision cut with door and window openings accounted for
to allow for ease of construction and to eliminate any need for "on site"
trimming or fitting. Leave the chain saw at home! If in the rarity a log is cut
wrong, then we have made a mistake and we will correct it. Our logs are also
cut at the factory in such a way as to minimize waste.
Each home buyer is provided with blueprints and printed instructions for
building the kit. Any competent builder should be able to construct our kits by
just studying and following the instruction materials we provide.
Each kit includes the logs, log hog screws, polyethylene backer rod, weather
stripping and wooden dowel pins.
We deliver Internationally. There should be access at the building site for a
254" wheel base truck with a 45' trailer.
Delivery times are 30 days on pre-cut kits and 60 days on pre-assembled kits.
